Time For Sleep

When I was in digs in Edinburgh when studying at Heriot Watt I had one of those “record players in a suitcase” (that seem to have come back into fashion now) and I would often put on my record of Chopin Nocturnes as I went to bed – and be woken half an hour or so later by the click, click, click that signalled that the stylus had reached the middle of the LP 😃

I therefore became much more familiar with the first of the nocturnes – less so with the rest! – and that is my contemplative music for this Friday.
