It’s That Paganini Theme Again

One composer that I thoroughly enjoyed playing and listening to – and who has been a bit under-represented in my shares – is Rachmaninoff.

Last week we had a couple of pieces based on a Paganini Caprice – but not the one that is, arguably, the most famous – so I will rectify both that omission and the under-representation in one fell swoop.
