Advent In Wien

One of the CDs that I frequently listen to at this time of year is “Advent in Wien” – a collection of readings and carols played by the Vienna Horns. Sadly I couldn’t find any of it online to share with you – instead here is the Art of Brass Vienna playing a few of the carols (bizarrely posted on YouTube in April 2014). It is already Christmas Eve in Wien.

One of the reasons I enjoy it is that many of he carols are less well known in the UK. They tend to be short and simple – there are nine carols included in this little video.
