There are a lot of musicians who are finding the restrictions placed on them by the pandemic very difficult. It doesn’t take long searching the www to find many of them performing in empty, or near empty, concert halls for their online listeners.
The Christmas season has brought a flood of wonderful music posts – far too many for anyone to listen to them all – so I did hesitate before posting yet another one. I do think however that there are a few that appear in my newsfeed that really do deserve to be shared as widely as possible though – and this is one.
A lovely arrangement for Brass (more specifically horns and trombones) and Harp of Adolphe Adam’s “Cantique de Noël” – who needs trumpets and tubas 😃
