I have already shared two of the three pieces of music that were on the programme when I went to Castle Toward – the Bartok Concerto for Orchestra and the Haydn Cello Concerto in C. Here is the third one.
Once again I have chosen a video with the score for you to follow if that is something that you enjoy – if you are watching it make sure you take particular note of the ‘interesting’ time signature on about page 6 of the final movement – just after the second violin cadenza 🤔

This music was great fun to play – with plenty of challenges throughout the orchestra – and it is exciting to listen to.
