More Brass today – I mentioned the concert by the NYPO brass the other day, it was one of several that I have viewed online over the last couple of weeks. We really are spoilt for choice when it comes to accessing good music these days. One that particularly captured my attention was from Germany.
The programme, which lasted about an hour and a quarter was filled with a great variety of music – spanning the centuries in style – and the playing was superb. Here, in a single bit of ‘light’ music, is a taster of the versatility of this group.
