I think this one is particularly suitable for today’s “gentle” choice.
In a week where my links have been to some of my “musical madeleines” that have very specific memories here is a song which dates from my youth, sung by one of my favourite singers as part of a collection that she has released called “Reflections” and which starts with the words

First heard her at the opening ceremony of the Lillehammer Winter Olympics in 1994 – was immediately impressed by her voice and have been a fan ever since – I am sure you would enjoy a lot of her recordings 😊
