I learned this dance - and others - for my end of primary school's celebratory dance - I guess we had a prom long before it became "a thing". This was certainly one thing that I learned at primary school that came in useful.
The eightsone reel is probably too complicated for most of those who do not dance regularly - the Dashing White Sergeant probably is the most challenging one attempted - and that can go badly wrong 😂😂
