I&#8217;m pretty sure that the first time that I ever heard it was when I played it. It is a challenge to play &#8211; especially for the 1st horn.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Unfortunately &#8211; although there are a lot of recordings on YouTube &#8211; very few of them are actually that good (which probably says a lot about the piece itself). There are plenty of &#8220;nearly there&#8221; attempts at the top E&#8217;s and what you probably would call valiant efforts!!
