{"id":845,"date":"2020-05-17T14:33:58","date_gmt":"2020-05-17T14:33:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/systemsthink.co.uk\/wordpress\/?p=845"},"modified":"2024-03-09T21:35:43","modified_gmt":"2024-03-09T21:35:43","slug":"now-this-is-music","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/systemsthink.co.uk\/wordpress\/now-this-is-music\/","title":{"rendered":"Now This Is Music"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For the third Sunday in a row I am linking some unaccompanied vocal music &#8211; not bad for a brass player!<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->If I was pressed to name just one composer as my &#8220;favourite&#8221; then I think Anton Bruckner would win the poll so it is, to me, surprising that he hasn&#8217;t featured in anything I have linked so far.<\/p>\n<p>His symphonies are, of course, certainly not quick listens &#8211; written, as they are, on an epic scale.
