So in Bournemouth I had to start finding outlets for my horn playing.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->I joined what was then the Poole College Youth Orchestra and also played with Gli Amici Della Musica. When Geoff Otter started the Bournemouth Youth Orchestra he didn&#8217;t need to use too much persuasion to convince me to help him there as his principal horn.<\/p>\n<p>One of the pieces of music I was introduced to with that Orchestra was the 5th Symphony of Parry that I am sharing today. It isn&#8217;t so well known as many symphonies, but is really lovely.
